Sempre subordinada ao n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de 30 emiss\u00f5es ou ao prazo m\u00e1ximo de 4 meses (o que vier primeiro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir deste ano o COFECI e os CRECIs n\u00e3o mais entregar\u00e3o a vers\u00e3o IMPRESSA da Carteira de Corretor de Im\u00f3veis, devendo a partir de agora terem instalado o APP i-corretor para comprovarem sua identidade profissional aos
