EDITAL DE CONVOCA\u00c7\u00c3O DE ASSEMBLEIA GERAL EXTRAORDIN\u00c1RIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Sindicato dos Corretores de Im\u00f3veis do Estado de Mato Grosso \u2013 SINDIM\u00d3VEIS\/MT<\/strong>, por seu Presidente, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe conferem o Estatuto Social e conforme disposi\u00e7\u00f5es legais vigentes, CONVOCA todos os Corretores de Im\u00f3veis regularmente inscritos e em dia com suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais<\/strong> para participarem da Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria<\/strong>, a ser realizada no dia 22\/05\/2025<\/strong>, \u00e0s 19h00<\/strong>, no endere\u00e7o do sindicato, situada na Rua Tail\u00e2ndia N 883 bairro jardim Shangril\u00e1 cep 78070195, para deliberarem sobre a seguinte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDEM DO DIA:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Leitura e aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da minuta da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho 2025\/2026;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o e vota\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho proposta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para celebra\u00e7\u00e3o da CCT com o sindicato patronal (SECOVI-MT ou outro, se aplic\u00e1vel);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Assuntos gerais de interesse da categoria.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Caso n\u00e3o haja qu\u00f3rum suficiente na primeira convoca\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, a assembleia ser\u00e1 realizada, em segunda convoca\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, 30 (trinta) minutos ap\u00f3s, com qualquer n\u00famero de presentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
