EDITAL, O SINDICATO DOS CORRETORES DE IM\u00d3VEIS DO MT, na forma do art. 39 de seu Estatuto Social, CONVOCA seus filiados em dia com suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais e em gozo de seus direitos, a se fazerem presentes \u00e0 Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria, a realizar-se no dia 10 de Fevereiro de 2025, na Rua Bar\u00e3o de Melga\u00e7o, n. 70, Centro Sul, Cuiab\u00e1 &#8211; MT, facultado aos interessados a participa\u00e7\u00e3o virtual, desde que seja solicitado com anteced\u00eancia de at\u00e9 dois dias da assembleia, por meio do email: mt@sindimoveis.cim.br, com link de acesso para uma sala virtual no aplicativo google meet, a ser criado e enviado at\u00e9 o in\u00edcio da assembleia, em 1\u00aa convoca\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s 14:00 ou em 2\u00aa convoca\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s 14:30, para deliberar sobre a seguinte <strong>ORDEM DO DIA<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> 1) Conv\u00eanio e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Corretor Associado &#8211; art. 6\u00aa da Lei 6.530\/78; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2) Processos Judiciais em andamento tendo como parte o Sindim\u00f3veis-MT e seu Presidente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> 3) Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Contas conclu\u00eddas at\u00e9 a data da assembleia; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4) Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o da representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Sindicato perante ao MTE;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> 5) Pedidos de novas filia\u00e7\u00f5es para a inclus\u00e3o na lista de sindicalizados; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6) nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de comiss\u00e3o julgadora para condu\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos e apura\u00e7\u00f5es para
